Ashtanga Misore Style
Learn and practice Ashtanga according to tradition, under the watchful eye of Yoga Namaste’s authorised teachers. Knowledge of Surya Namaskar A and B with the correct breathing is a great advantage.
Easy flow
The pace of these classes is slow. You are active, but the relaxed postures are performed in a controlled manner. It is stretching. And the emphasis of the exercises is not on strength and flexibility, but on strengthening muscles, bones and joints. We regularly alternate the easy flow with breathing and relaxation exercises.

Vinyasa
One posture flows into the next according to the rhythm of breathing. Vinyasa Yoga is very varied and fun. We recommend these classes if you have at least some experience in vinyasa. If not, we advise you to start with our Vinyasa basic classes.

In this class, we bring Vinyasa and Yin Yoga together to reach a profound effect in the body, soul and mind.
Yin
A Yin yoga class is about stretching. The exercises are gentle and relaxing. You stay in the same position for a long time so that you can carefully observe what is happening to your body. With Yin Yoga, you use every posture to feel better in your body.
